The Quirky Joys of an Old Soul
trade you straight up!
Hehe! Love it!!! By the way... I would totally trade a little art piece for one of your awesome threaded wood necklaces of GREATNESSSSSSS. Just sayin'...
Oooohhh...can we???? Also: we have a real life friend in common!!! What the heck????
Let's do it. For reals. And as for the friend thing... CRAZINESS! I was trying to explain blogging to her and how I knew a gal in Canada who was awesome and I wish I could hang out with her in real life (haha!) and casually mentioned your name... Lindsey just started laughing, and said, "Suzy?!? I KNOW her!!!" Seriously insane.
k deal. do you have an email address i could send you my address at? i'm excited!!!!and yes. i can't BELIEVE how small the world is. when she facebooked me that you were at her house i was freaking out a little. sometimes i forget that other bloggers actually exist in real life. next time lindsay comes to canada you should, you know, hop in her trunk and come meet me!!!
I love it! I'm always drawn to animal prints in other people's homes... maybe I should take the plunge myself.
That's exactly how I felt! I say, if you like something, give it a shot! :D
Jessica! this is absolutely adorable and creative! I love the hip design with the earthy rich tones. well done!!!
Why, thank you, Louise!!! That means a lot! :D
Jessie, each time I visit you, I am more and more impressed with your decorating skill. I bet you all sit here all the time now. It looks so cozy. Loving those chairs! Where did they come from? The zebra is perfect for that spot. Just perfect.Camille
Camille... this means so much!!! I truly respect your opinion (and greatly admire your style!) - so hearing this is SO ENCOURAGING! This is definitely our favorite place to talk and read together. We found the chairs at a local furniture and antique store that sells gently used resort furniture. These chairs and the ottoman were a steal, so we "gifted" them to ourselves for Christmas. (YAY!) As for the rug... glad it works! I'm so stoked that taking a risk paid off! :)
Speak your mind.
