Clay Festival!

Silver City, New Mexico's
First Ever

The event takes place in early August,

Yesterday, we spent hours
unpacking and sorting all the
accepted tile entries - some of which
Blew. My. Mind.

I've never worked with clay myself,
so seeing the designs some of the artists
came up with has been a real treat.

in a historic downtown
warehouse basement
with the windows open

so we could hear
the little bit of rain
falling through the trees
outside.
