For the first time in my life, I baked an apple pie.
Well, an apple, cranberry, and walnut pie to be exact. I kind of winged it, which is how I normally roll in the kitchen.
I bought the crust though... (I'm not that confident yet!) Looking forward to baking some more! Any recommendations? I'm sad to say, my ice-cream addiction has now extended to baked goods in general. Oh dear.
